  • Build an organization capable of rapid adaptation to short-term goals while investing in crucial long-term platform development.
  • Empower other product teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences with speed and scale.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in building, scaling, and leading product teams from 0 to 1 across a broad range of financial products.
  • Demonstrated leadership across multiple product teams, managing teams of 20+ engineers.
  • Experience working at a fast-growing fintech company.
  • A founder mindset with comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
  • Expert understanding of founder and early business challenges/opportunities, and how software can address them.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal alignment, executive reporting, and external partnerships.
  • Strong systems thinking and comfort with complex, technical domains.
  • A bias towards building beautiful, high-impact customer experiences.
  • Proficiency in using data to inform strategy and business decisions.
  • A sense of humor is highly desirable.
