Requirements

Candidates should have SaaS presales expertise, including experience leading presales or SC teams at a high-growth SaaS company. A strong understanding of how SCs drive value in complex B2B sales cycles is required, along with the ability to coach and contribute hands-on when needed. A builder mentality with demonstrated success in creating new processes and operational structures in ambiguous environments, coupled with strategic and collaborative leadership skills including clear communication and influencing cross-functional teams, is essential. Experience with public sector and enterprise GTM motions, familiarity with Salesforce and SC tooling, and a background in early-stage or scaling SaaS companies are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Solutions Consulting Manager will lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Consultants by managing, coaching, and providing career pathing. They will build and scale operating cadences by designing and implementing core SC workflows, establishing best practices for product demonstrations and discovery, and implementing success metrics. Additionally, they will drive cross-functional and strategic initiatives by collaborating with leadership, partnering with Sales, Product, and Marketing, and contributing to hiring and the development of a repeatable SC operating model.
