Requirements

Candidates should possess knowledge of Google Sheets, with preferred experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, and demonstrate a self-starter mentality comfortable in a fast-paced environment with limited policies and procedures. They must be extremely detail-oriented and operate with a sense of urgency, while also being customer service oriented and customer obsessed.

Responsibilities

As Project Manager, Corporate Gifting, the individual will assist Account Executives by gathering deal information, understanding inventory levels, and interacting with vendors to plan orders, and serve as the liaison between the US-based sales team and the Hong Kong-based project manager(s). They will take over all client communications from logo approval to billing, including finalizing customization details, sharing progress updates, and communicating delivery dates. Additionally, they will track project updates in a B2B operations tracker, communicate with Account Executives as needed, assist clients with sample returns, shipping and tracking of samples and complete orders, troubleshoot missing or lost items, answer product and inventory questions, and field requests to expedite samples when possible.
