Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or community operations roles, ideally within the tech, developer ecosystems, or Web3 industries. Responsibilities

The CRM & Community Lifecycle Lead will own and manage CRM systems and workflows to support a global community of 500,000+ members, select and implement CRM tools, design and execute lifecycle email programs, strategically shape audience segmentation and contributor funnels, partner with local community leads to align regional initiatives with a global narrative, represent Sui at North American events, and collaborate across teams to ensure messaging is aligned and impactful.
