Candidates should possess 5-7 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or community operations roles, ideally within the tech, developer ecosystems, or Web3 industries. Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Segment, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar is required, along with a deep understanding of lifecycle communication strategies and performance analysis.
The CRM & Community Lifecycle Lead will own and manage CRM systems and workflows to support a global community of 500,000+ members, select and implement CRM tools, design and execute lifecycle email programs, strategically shape audience segmentation and contributor funnels, partner with local community leads to align regional initiatives with a global narrative, represent Sui at North American events, and collaborate across teams to ensure messaging is aligned and impactful.
Web3 platform for creating digital assets
Sui is a web3 development platform that focuses on the creation and management of digital assets. It allows users to create on-chain assets that function similarly to in-game items, providing a secure and user-friendly environment for developing smart contracts. Sui's unique object-centric data model enables these digital assets and their attributes to exist on-chain independently of smart contracts. This design, combined with horizontal scaling and parallel processing, helps maintain low and stable fees, even during high demand periods. Additionally, Sui offers strong security measures to ensure that only asset owners can use their assets, regardless of the transaction type.
