Experience in viewing and compiling data for process improvement and effectively addressing operational issues, identifying potential challenges, and implementing corrective measures are also essential.
The Field Service Manager will be responsible for the speed, quality, and consistency of installations and maintenance for a distributed fleet of equipment. They will manage a team of field technicians, electricians, and contractors to complete warranty repairs and service requests within service level agreements and costs. Responsibilities include providing first and second-level troubleshooting, coordinating field activities, owning customer relationships for service, providing product and service training to customers, managing service appointments and work orders, and communicating opportunities for process improvements to assure optimum efficiency. The manager will also coordinate training plans for new employees and ensure established safety compliance policies are followed.
