Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years of experience taking products from conception to launch. They should have experience working with and balancing the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders, a user-focused mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit suitable for a fast-paced environment. A demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency and financial markets, along with an aptitude for learning new domains and building institutional-grade products with risk mitigation in mind, is required. Familiarity with financial services products such as trading, financing, payments, and custody is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Finance Product Manager will own all facets of a product area, from vision and strategy to execution, and develop solutions by collaborating across regions, product areas, and functions. They will define OKRs, drive collaboration with cross-functional partners, and lead efforts to identify, collect, and track product metrics. The role involves balancing stakeholder objectives, securing buy-in, prioritizing, and driving a multi-year product vision to establish a clear product narrative and direction. The product manager will also establish close working relationships with partners and execute towards commercial goals, bridging cryptocurrency and financial market primitives for innovative client or business solutions.
