Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will own the product strategy and execution for Fetch Pay, including the co-branded Amex card and future payment innovations. This role involves driving development across the entire cardholder lifecycle, from application to support, and collaborating with fintech infrastructure providers, issuing banks, and internal teams to ensure a scalable and user-centric solution. The Senior Product Manager will champion the card's integration into the core Fetch experience, use data to drive decisions, define success metrics, and work with ML, LLM, and Data Science leaders on optimization strategies.
