Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies is required, along with proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with prototyping and usability testing is also essential.
As a Product Designer at DroneDeploy, you will collaborate with a Lead Designer throughout the design process, from research to implementation, receiving mentorship to accelerate your growth. You will shape intuitive and impactful experiences for the platform, ensuring features meet user needs and advance the company’s mission. This includes conducting user research, prototyping designs, presenting design decisions, and iterating on designs based on feedback. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, develop design systems, and contribute to the overall product strategy while helping to design products that harness the full potential of robotics and AI technologies.
