Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of solution engineering, consulting, or implementation experience supporting Enterprise SaaS platforms, along with a strong understanding of database design and governance best practices and familiarity with the Enterprise SaaS technology landscape. They should also have the ability to understand and customize messaging and consulting across verticals, use cases, and geographies, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

The Solution Architect will partner with Airtable Engagement Managers to validate scope for professional services engagements, deeply understand clients' business processes, requirements, and pain points, advise customers on the creation and management of their data governance models, develop solution architecture designs, implementation plans, and project timelines, provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams throughout the implementation process, respond to customer feedback, mitigate objections, manage project plans for single consultant engagements, and partner with other services and partner team members on larger engagements.
