Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with at least 3 years of experience in professional services consulting, particularly within a SaaS environment, and a strong understanding of customer enablement strategies. Experience with implementation and project management methodologies is beneficial, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders is essential.
The Professional Services Consultant will run project kick-offs, define implementation plans, consult on post-launch activities, facilitate project review meetings, and create and manage implementation plans in collaboration with customer stakeholders. They will also prepare customer teams to successfully manage MindTickle, advise on platform configuration, build trusted relationships, provide recommendations on communication and change management, ensure quick time to value, guide customers on performance data analysis, maintain accurate project documentation, deliver strategic guidance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in industry knowledge sharing activities.
