Requirements

Candidates must have over 4 years of progressive experience in SaaS support and/or implementation. Proficiency in both Japanese and English, verbal and written, is required. A deep understanding of Keeper's technical SaaS products is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Implementation Specialist will oversee the delivery of Keeper's software for all clients, including initial deployments and expansions. They will tailor solutions to meet specific client needs, work US-based hours aligned with Japan Standard Time (JST), and provide continuous technical support. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, rectifying project risks, maintaining client records, gathering feedback for product improvement, managing multiple implementation projects concurrently, communicating project status, and acting as a subject matter expert on Keeper products. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring other implementation team members.
