Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, rectifying project risks, maintaining client records, gathering feedback for product improvement, managing multiple implementation projects concurrently, communicating project status, and acting as a subject matter expert on Keeper products. Additionally, the role involves training and mentoring other implementation team members.
