Product Support Specialist at Podium

The starting salary is $21.63 per hour.

This is an onsite position requiring work 5 days a week in the Lehi, UT building.

Requirements include 2-3 years of experience providing support for multiple online software or SaaS products and/or IT experience, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure, and familiarity with support systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, and others.
