Requirements

Candidates should have experience in a Technical Support or Customer Support role, preferably with enterprise-level clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with strong organizational and detail-oriented abilities. Proven experience troubleshooting ambiguous issues and driving them to resolution, as well as familiarity with ticketing and issue tracking systems, are required. A resourceful, hard-working, and solutions-oriented mindset is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Customer Support Associate will provide day-to-day support to users by resolving product queries via email or chat. Responsibilities include identifying and escalating product issues and bugs, surfacing customer feedback to account teams, and collaborating with internal teams to address issues identified through support channels. The role may also involve assisting with other team projects as needed.
