A resourceful, hard-working, and solutions-oriented mindset is also necessary.
The Customer Support Associate will provide day-to-day support to users by resolving product queries via email or chat. Responsibilities include identifying and escalating product issues and bugs, surfacing customer feedback to account teams, and collaborating with internal teams to address issues identified through support channels. The role may also involve assisting with other team projects as needed.
