Responsibilities

The Product Quality Representative will deliver seamless, consistent 24x7 Technical Support for Care Communications, solving customer and patient issues through remote troubleshooting. They will drive quality by capturing issues and resolutions, build excellent customer experiences by providing clear action plans and updates, and contribute to future improvements through R&D. Responsibilities also include completing customer requests like parts replacement, supporting team-focused work, participating in meetings, making on-the-spot decisions within policy, and maintaining strong working relationships with peer teams.
