The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls and chats from members regarding Sidecar Health's products and services, providing excellent customer service in a timely and positive manner. They will build rapport with members to understand their needs and ensure a memorable experience, handle issues and complaints appropriately, and maintain policies and standard operating procedures.
