Product Marketing Manager

Position Overview

Karat is seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. This role is dedicated to driving strategic growth, market leadership, and customer success by showcasing the value of Karat's innovative solutions and empowering our go-to-market teams to achieve excellence.

Responsibilities

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Partner with Karat’s sales team to craft materials and messaging that win customers and drive product adoption.
  • Develop pitch decks, case studies, and other compelling content that resonates with Karat’s core audiences.
  • Collaborate with Karat’s Product team as they develop new products and features by providing insight into customer pain points and the competitive landscape.
  • Serve as a spokesperson for the company’s products, with a strong understanding of their functionality, value proposition, and competitive positioning.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of the Product Marketing team, focusing on improving workflows, content management systems, and cross-functional collaboration strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, regularly updating stakeholders with insights and recommendations based on market trends, customer feedback, and industry developments.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a similar role, with exposure to developing messaging, positioning, or go-to-market strategies for products or services.
  • Proactive, independent work style with the ability to build trust with stakeholders and deliver high-quality results, even when navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience working closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams with a history of delivering impactful results.
  • A talent for storytelling—whether in written materials, presentations, or conversations—combined with an ability to distill complex ideas into engaging, customer-centric messaging.
  • Dynamic problem-solving skills with comfort managing multiple projects and an ability to connect the dots across workstreams.
  • Previous experience creating marketing collateral, with a preference for experience using tools like Google Suite.
