Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Advocacy & Community Manager will be responsible for designing and executing a customer advocacy program to drive referrals, reviews, and retention. This includes building a tiered loyalty framework, nurturing a user community, and owning customer communications. The role involves analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for adoption and expansion, gathering customer success stories for marketing materials, and driving referral and review initiatives. Additionally, the manager will champion the voice of the customer by establishing feedback loops and channeling insights to product and CX teams, while also measuring and reporting on the impact of advocacy and retention efforts.
