Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of product management experience, building and shipping products at scale.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated success in setting a product vision and strategy.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to speak thoughtfully about the business model, current offering, and key milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate a compelling product vision for Atticus’s next phase of growth.
  • Roadmap Development: Create a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning it with stakeholder and senior leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to build and ship new products and features.
  • Data Analysis & Decision Making: Collect and analyze data to drive product decisions, proposing hypotheses and iterating quickly.
  • Key Metric Ownership: Own key targets and metrics related to product performance.
  • User Understanding: Gain deep understanding of both clients and lawyers to identify their needs.
