Owns, refines, and prioritizes backlog items to ensure teams work on high-impact features
Translates customer needs into well-defined backlog items, including user stories and acceptance criteria
Aligns expectations across business, developers, and design teams through effective stakeholder communication
Uses analytics, customer feedback, and business impact assessments to guide prioritization decisions
Partners with developers to provide context and guidance on prioritized features
Aligns short-term goals with long-term roadmaps in collaboration with product managers
Communicates progress and manages expectations with stakeholders
