Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a product manager or a role building and launching products, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously. They should also possess a strong understanding of technical concepts and software development methodologies, and the ability to distill qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

As the Product Manager for Onboarding & Enrollment, the individual will be responsible for owning and driving outcomes associated with the critical first-mile of turning DERs into dollars, including researching user and market needs, defining vision and strategy, forming and evaluating investment theses, establishing roadmaps, prioritizing outcomes, running experiments, managing cross-functional execution, and measuring the impact of their initiatives. They will also develop and prioritize outcomes within their product area, be the champion of business value, user needs, and market opportunities, own the product roadmap, collaborate with various teams (GTM, design & engineering, customer success & operations, and energy markets), conduct research and analysis, and communicate initiatives and product outcome results with stakeholders across the organization.
