Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Robotics, or a related Engineering field, coupled with over 5 years of program management experience in aerospace, robotics, or advanced manufacturing. Essential technical expertise includes hands-on experience in New Product Development (NPD), New Product Introduction (NPI), and high-volume manufacturing, with knowledge of CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Additive Manufacturing, and Assembly. Proven customer-facing skills for leading complex technical engagements with aerospace and robotics clients are required, along with strong program, risk, and time management abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills for multi-cultural, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Program Manager will serve as the customer advocate, building strong relationships to ensure exceptional service and loyalty. They will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Fulfillment to scope, plan, and execute complex customer programs, while identifying and mitigating risks during design and production phases. This role involves acting as a subject matter expert to provide guidance on aerospace and robotics requirements, quality standards, and timelines, and driving continuous improvement to optimize production timelines, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, the manager will lead status meetings to keep stakeholders aligned, and champion new manufacturing technologies and techniques to accelerate development and improve delivery.
