Requirements

Candidates should have 2-4 years of product management experience in a fast-paced consumer, marketplace, or SaaS environment. Proven ability to deliver measurable impact on conversion, retention, or customer experience is required. Strong technical comfort, including writing SQL, exploring APIs, and understanding system connections, is necessary. Hands-on experience prototyping with AI/no-code tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Bolt, Webflow, or Figma is essential. Curiosity, empathy, strong communication and collaboration skills, and comfort with ambiguity with a resourceful operator mindset are also required.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will own a problem space end-to-end, taking accountability for understanding users, identifying pain points, and delivering solutions that improve conversion, retention, or efficiency. This involves interviewing customers, synthesizing insights, and creating prototypes using AI/no-code tools to validate ideas before handing them off to engineering. The role requires writing SQL queries and partnering with data teams for analysis, KPI tracking, dashboard building, and informing product decisions. Driving rapid experimentation through iterative tests with clear hypotheses and success metrics is crucial. The Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Guest Experience to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and well-adopted, while balancing speed of execution with quality.
