Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 7 years of experience in complex data management roles within healthcare or healthtech is required, specifically including master data management and healthcare data systems. Experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics Engineer is a plus. Deep understanding of patient, provider, and payer data in large-scale healthcare systems, master data management, and external system integrations is essential. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, and experience creating dashboards with data visualization tools like PowerBI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, d3.js, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik Sense are necessary. Familiarity with modern data analytics tools/suites such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, Availity, and Lexis Nexis is preferred. Strong data curiosity, intuition, and storytelling abilities are required, along with solid knowledge of healthcare data, data models, regulations, and standards including HIPAA, FHIR, Claims data formats, coding standards (ICD 10), Tuva, and OMOP. An innovative mindset and proven leadership skills in cross-functional teams are also necessary.
The Senior Data Product Manager will define and drive the vision for techniques, tools, and systems to accelerate the speed and consistency of operational and insight data products.
