We are seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to lead the design, development, integration, and management of techniques and tools that accelerate data availability for business operations and insights. This role is crucial for enhancing the quality, accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of patient, provider, and payer data, empowering our internal customers for effective business operations and analysis.

Maintain a product roadmap and release schedule aligned with business priorities and market dynamics. Conduct hands-on exploratory data analysis and prototyping of data products and concepts to accelerate product development.

  • Experience:
    • At least 7 years of experience in complex data management roles within healthcare or healthtech.
    • Significant experience with master data management and healthcare data systems handling at least 100,000 patients and/or 10,000 providers.
    • Prior experience as a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Analytics (BI) Engineer is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Deep understanding of patient, provider, and payer data in large-scale healthcare systems, master data management, and integrations with external systems.
    • Experience with modern data analytics tools/suites like Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, PowerBI, Availity, and Lexis Nexis is preferred.
    • Proficient SQL skills (querying, manipulating data).
    • Experience creating dashboards with Data Visualization tools such as PowerBI, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, d3.js, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik Sense.
  • Data Acumen:

    • Ability to make inferences about users, business, and product value based on data; understanding and leveraging data to drive decisions.
  • Healthcare Data Knowledge:
    • Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, FHIR, Claims data formats, and coding standards (e.g., ICD 10, Tuva, OMOP).
