Requirements

  • Ability to perform quantitative market opportunity assessments (market sizing, driver assessment, growth rate estimations) and customer segmentation analyses
  • Skills in framing business cases based on market assessment, competition landscape analysis, and product concept winning strategy/value proposition
  • Capability to prepare launch materials and conduct launch activities
  • Experience in setting strategic pricing guidelines, developing/improving marketing tools, and conducting sales trainings
  • Proficiency in leading customer engagement, coordinating with KOLs, and ensuring quality of deliverables
  • Willingness to actively participate in internal sales/marketing meetings, customer events, international trade fairs, and conferences

Responsibilities

  • Ownership for portfolio life cycle management and driving product/portfolio growth
  • Drive Voice of the Customer activities to enhance program/product portfolio, validate new sustainable differentiated opportunities
  • Coordinate with upstream team to expand products pipeline
  • Lead customer engagement in projects and maintain good coordination with KOLs
  • Join and participate in internal sales/marketing meetings, customer events, international trade fairs, and conferences
