Responsibilities

The Business Systems Developer will build, customize, and maintain the internal technology stack, partnering with stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions. Responsibilities include Salesforce development and administration, data transformation and integrations, and automating manual processes. They will analyze business requirements, design, code, test, and document applications, configure and debug applications, and serve as a liaison between technical personnel and end-user departments. The role involves conducting business process analyses, providing strategic technical and architectural leadership for Salesforce.com, managing projects, and documenting business processes.
