Requirements

Candidates must possess deep product knowledge of Tines no-code automation and apply it to security and IT operations challenges. They should be able to create and deliver strategic presentations, build and demo Tines Stories, and manage the technical decision process with customers. Collaboration with sales to identify key use cases and support for Tines' channel and technical alliance partners are also required. The role demands expertise in explaining complex technical issues to IT decision makers and C-level personnel, handling sensitive discovery exercises with senior stakeholders, and presenting the Tines platform within complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

The Principal Solutions Engineer will act as a subject matter expert at community events and perform discovery in complex business and technical environments. They will present the Tines platform, incorporating compliance and data security controls, and explain the benefits and trade-offs of various architectural approaches. This role also involves being a key source of market feedback to the product organization, contributing to the knowledge base with customer experiences and technical insights, and mentoring the Solutions Engineering team to refine best practices.
