Requirements

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in user onboarding/offboarding, asset inventory management, application onboarding/offboarding, documenting standard operating procedures, and improving employee, device, and application lifecycle management. They should possess strong technical and problem-solving skills, with administrative experience in key IT systems such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Zoom, JAMF, and Okta. An empathetic and collaborative approach to providing timely solutions based on business impact and priority is also valued.

Responsibilities

The IT Operations Manager will serve as the primary IT support contact for all users, manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding and offboarding, and administer multiple systems for user, application, and device management. Responsibilities include analyzing and resolving IT requests, managing assets and devices, configuring single sign-on for applications, provisioning and deprovisioning access, and communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding IT support and training. The role also involves scaling IT operations by documenting procedures, leading continuous improvements, and championing knowledge sharing to reduce support tickets.
