Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategist, builder, and innovator who thrives at the intersection of go-to-market (GTM) strategy, advanced tooling, and experimental growth engineering. Experience with AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Clay, CrewAI, Vapi, and n8n is required. Proficiency in GTM systems like CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), marketing automation, and outbound enablement is necessary. The role also requires experience in API integration and low-code automation.

Responsibilities

The Principal Revenue Operations Manager will lead critical initiatives to drive revenue growth, scale GTM systems, and deploy AI and automation tactics across the pipeline. This includes shaping GTM structure, sales execution, and organizational scaling, as well as partnering with leadership on strategic planning for pipeline coverage and forecasting. The role involves architecting, testing, and scaling top-of-funnel and outbound lead generation experiments, embedding experimentation in the sales development lifecycle, and regularly engaging with customers to validate hypotheses. Responsibilities also include owning components of the GTM systems strategy and leading the technical transformation of the revenue tech stack.
