They should demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision. Strong knowledge of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles is required, along with experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth. Prior experience in B2B, SEO, and optimizing SEO and conversion funnels is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Principal Product Manager will deeply analyze customer needs and business problems to identify pain points and growth opportunities, rapidly develop impactful and elegant solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences, and strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective, connecting the missing dots and shaping the roadmap for growth. They will take full ownership of their work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, and post-release analysis.
