Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Product Management will define and own product strategy for partnerships with HIEs and state agencies, coordinating across the portfolio to align roadmaps with company goals. This role involves leading product efforts for platform integration and migration, unifying user experience, and managing complex stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include coaching product management leaders, driving team engagement and performance, collaborating with Engineering and UX leadership, and partnering with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Compliance, and Finance to ensure product value propositions are effectively represented.
