Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 10 years of experience in Product Management within high-growth tech/SaaS companies, with a proven track record of developing products or platforms in high-growth businesses. Experience leading product development for cloud services and/or enterprise SaaS is required, along with outstanding communication and leadership skills. Preferred qualifications include experience leading product development for multi-product platforms.

Responsibilities

The Principal Product Manager will lead the development of HackerOne's platform shared services capabilities vision, strategy, and roadmap, partnering with Design and Engineering. They will lead cross-functional go-to-market collaboration with customers to understand challenges, drive adoption, and communicate thought leadership on data capabilities. Additionally, they will evangelize the value of HackerOne’s platform shared services capabilities internally and externally as a subject matter expert and stay at the forefront of industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
