You’re a player-coach at heart. You know how to set a high bar and inspire teams to reach it, but you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the details when the moment calls for it. You think in systems, prioritize like a machine, and communicate with clarity. Above all, you care deeply about building products that users love and that move transparency in the crypto industry forward.


What You’ll Do

As our VP of Product, you’ll lead the Product, Data, and Research teams and help shape the next generation of tools that make crypto more transparent. You’ll work closely with our co-founder and leadership team to set a bold product vision and strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver high-impact solutions that delight users and drive the business. Your role will span strategy, leadership, execution, and cross-functional alignment, and you’ll be at the center of Blockwork’s growth in the years ahead. Every day will look a little different, but in general, you will do things like:

  • Set and Evangelize Product Vision: In partnership with our co-founders and product owners, you’ll define and champion our short and long-term product vision that aligns with our mission and scales alongside the business.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: You’ll go deep and engrain yourself in the feedback and perspectives of our customers, synthesizing user insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to guide strategic decisions and shape new product bets.
  • Own the Product Roadmap: You’ll drive the prioritization and execution of a strategic roadmap that balances user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Execution: You’ll partner with Engineering, Research, Design, and GTM teams to ensure high-quality, timely, and consistent product delivery.
  • Measure What Matters: You’ll define success metrics, track performance, and instill a data-informed mindset across the team.
  • Level Up the Function: You’ll put systems, rituals, and frameworks in place that improve decision-making, accelerate delivery, and enable scale.
  • Build and Lead a World-Class Team: You’ll hire, mentor, and empower a team of product owners and product managers who innovate new solutions, deliver results and grow with the company.
  • Represent Product at the Executive Level: You’ll serve as a key voice on the leadership team, aligning stakeholders and making trade-offs with context and clarity.

Experimentation is frequent at Blockworks. Comfortability with being uncomfortable is a must.


What You’ve Done Before

Experience aside, you must be crypto-native to be successful in this role. In addition to being intimately involved in the crypto industry, you’ve led Product at a high-growth company where you built and scaled a SaaS platform; ideally from the ground up. You’ve worked in fast-paced environments where ambiguity is constant, but the bar for quality never drops. You’ve led product teams, managed multiple product lines, and worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Design, and Sales to ship meaningful products.

You’ve spent years in the crypto space—not just watching from the sidelines but deep in it.
