Blockworks is a financial media brand that delivers breaking news and premium insights about digital assets to millions of investors. Our content, newsletters, podcasts, and events provide investors with the critical analysis and information they need to make smarter decisions about digital assets.
You’re a crypto-native product leader who thrives at the intersection of curiosity, creativity, and execution. You think big, act decisively, and lead with conviction, but you’re also humble enough to know and admit when you’re wrong. You’re equal parts product strategist and user champion, and love designing the best products possible. You get a thrill out of identifying patterns in user behavior, pushing past surface-level feedback, and solving real problems in unexpected ways.
You’re a player-coach at heart. You know how to set a high bar and inspire teams to reach it, but you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get into the details when the moment calls for it. You think in systems, prioritize like a machine, and communicate with clarity. Above all, you care deeply about building products that users love and that move transparency in the crypto industry forward.
As our VP of Product, you’ll lead the Product, Data, and Research teams and help shape the next generation of tools that make crypto more transparent. You’ll work closely with our co-founder and leadership team to set a bold product vision and strategy, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver high-impact solutions that delight users and drive the business. Your role will span strategy, leadership, execution, and cross-functional alignment, and you’ll be at the center of Blockwork’s growth in the years ahead. Experience aside, you must be crypto-native to be successful in this role. In addition to being intimately involved in the crypto industry, you’ve led Product at a high-growth company where you built and scaled a SaaS platform; ideally from the ground up. You’ve worked in fast-paced environments where ambiguity is constant, but the bar for quality never drops. You’ve led product teams, managed multiple product lines, and worked shoulder-to-shoulder with Engineering, Design, and Sales to ship meaningful products.
