Responsibilities

  • Lead senior management in translating business strategy into talent strategy that embeds culture and drives business success
  • Align people strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, workforce planning, performance development, total rewards, and team member experience
  • Serve as a strategic consultant, analyzing trends/metrics to identify gaps/patterns and develop solutions, programs, and policies
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives (e.g., org design, leadership transitions, reporting changes, People & Talent programs)
  • Guide leaders/teams through transformation with change management and communication plans to maximize adoption and minimize risks
  • Advise leaders on team member relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks using knowledge of employment laws and best practices
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risks and ensure compliance
  • Manage and resolve team member relations issues; lead/support investigations
  • Support/develop organizational policy changes and communication strategies as subject matter expert
  • Partner with leaders to build/sustain high-performing teams where success is recognized
  • Identify skill development opportunities and collaborate on enablement programs
