Candidates must be a VP+ or C-suite human resources leader with over 20 years of experience managing HR teams and coaching individuals. A passion for helping people advance in their careers, strong self-awareness, high emotional intelligence, and a growth mindset are essential. Candidates must also be comfortable in a startup environment, able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for at least 24 months, and be based in North America or Europe.
Coaches will form 1:1 partnerships with members to help them set and track goals, improve leadership and communication skills, and problem-solve workplace issues. Responsibilities include conducting virtual coaching sessions, participating in ongoing training, communicating with members between sessions, sharing coaching tools and insights with the Mento community, and acting as an ambassador for the Mento community with kindness, respect, and empathy.
