Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of related experience, an MBA with 6 years, or a PhD with 3 years of customer-facing experience in product management, presales consulting, technical business development, or management consulting at an enterprise software or SaaS company. Strong ownership, bias for action, experience in ambitious environments, a track record of cross-functional collaboration, customer obsession, and excellent communication and influencing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The Principal Outbound Product Manager will lead a team to drive go-to-market, sales, solution consulting, and partner enablement for App Engine and Generative AI offerings. Responsibilities include developing technical enablement content, leading pricing and packaging efforts, defining and executing new product launch strategies, understanding customer use cases to influence the product roadmap, developing best practice assets, conducting product onboarding sessions, promoting the ServiceNow vision to influencers and analysts, and leading cross-functional teams.
