Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager will shape individual product strategy, create business cases, and manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life. They will determine interdependencies within the broader CDK product lines and ecosystem, acting as the voice of the customer and market. Responsibilities include defining user personas and product requirements, ensuring they are reflected in user stories, and potentially owning or assisting in Epic development. The role involves working with Scrum Masters and agile teams on backlog grooming, making timely decisions on product requirement trade-offs, and translating product vision into prioritized features and user stories. Additionally, they will manage the backlog for sprint teams, partner with R&D/scrum master on prioritization, support the full lifecycle of product releases, work with product marketing on value propositions, monitor key product success metrics, and collaborate with other Product Managers to ensure alignment with overall CDK product strategy.
