Requirements

Candidates must have experience as a GTM, product marketing, or program lead from a scaled enterprise or martech company. They should also have experience launching and scaling marketing, insights, or retail media products in CPG, AdTech, Retail Media, or Mar Tech Platforms. Strong collaboration skills with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams are essential, as is proficiency in project management within fast-paced environments. Preferred qualifications include experience in AdTech, Retail Media, or Analytics, and SaaS experience.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data & AI Solutions Activation Manager will be responsible for bringing AI-powered insights and marketing platforms to market. This includes owning the execution of Alpha/Beta launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional rollout plans. The role involves managing client selection, onboarding, and success criteria for pilot programs, supporting sales deal cycles with product demos, and creating playbooks, pitch materials, and training content. Additionally, the manager will design and deliver KPI dashboards, manage client feedback loops to inform the product roadmap, support new feature launches and go-to-market campaigns with Marketing, and oversee cross-functional program timelines to ensure execution alignment.
