Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing enterprise applications, preferably in sales or pricing domains
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, PROS, Apttus)
  • Experience with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP integrations
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
  • Preferred: Familiarity with pricing strategies, discounting models, and sales operations
  • Preferred: Certifications in Salesforce, CPQ platforms, or ITIL
  • Preferred: Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with Zilliant Price IQ, Price Manager, or similar pricing tools
  • Preferred: Excellent communication skills to liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Preferred: Knowledge of data integration tools and APIs

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of SPQ applications including CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), pricing tools, and sales platforms
  • Define and execute the application roadmap in alignment with business goals and IT strategy
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and enhancements to improve sales productivity and pricing accuracy
  • Lead cross-functional projects for system upgrades, integrations, and new feature rollouts
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure change management processes are followed and user adoption is supported through training and documentation
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Global Pricing, Product Management, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure timely delivery of enhancements
  • Oversee integration of SPQ systems with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ERP, and other enterprise platforms
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and data integrity
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, data privacy regulations, and audit requirements
  • Maintain documentation, configuration standards, and best practices
