Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within a SaaS or technology-based environment (Solutions Architecture, Integration Engineering, or similar roles)
  • Deep technical expertise with ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Viewpoint, Acumatica) ideally in the construction or enterprise accounting space
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), middleware, and data transformation
  • Proven track record of leading complex, Enterprise-level integration projects from scoping through deployment and testing
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence both technical teams and executive stakeholders
  • Familiarity with iPaaS tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Celigo, Workato)
  • Experience with SQL and data modeling

Responsibilities

  • Lead Enterprise customers directly through Kojo integration configuration which powers their most critical workflows
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert on ERP integrations throughout the customer journey, from pre-sales design through implementation and ongoing optimization
  • Develop thorough understanding of the functionality and use cases for Kojo's interactions with common ERPs used by Kojo's customers (Sage, Vista, Quickbooks, Spectrum, ComputerEase, etc.)
  • Create scalable resources and best practices that enable both customers and internal teams to succeed and scale independently
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams to design and implement integration-related workflow solutions for customers
  • Influence Kojo's product roadmap by representing integration needs and opportunities gathered from Enterprise engagements
