Advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical expertise in EP products
High degree of independence and ability to work under limited supervision
Proven leadership/mentor status in the region with highest level technical proficiencies among Clinical Specialists
Thorough command of all EP products, related technical knowledge, trends, and industry players
Ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise
Experience providing 24-hour on-call support for complex field inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff
Capability to exercise independent judgment in planning, organizing, and performing work, including monitoring performance and reporting status

Responsibilities

Provide advanced engineering, sales, educational, and technical support for complex field inquiries involving EP products
Act as the senior clinical interface between the medical community and business
Identify, report, and advise on customer needs, product performance, and potential sales opportunities to influence sales growth and account service
Provide regional EP implant case coverage to defined accounts with above-average EP share
Offer back-up support to EP Sales Representatives in sales support, regional training seminars, clinical studies/data collection, troubleshooting, and new product in-service training
Develop, lead, and/or facilitate trainings and programs on EP products for healthcare professionals
Provide insight, guidance, and feedback to management on market feedback and next-generation product components
Mentor and provide leadership to EP clinical support roles
Continuously develop engineering skills and identify cost-efficient best business practices
