Requirements

Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Triage requests and escalate complex issues with full context and urgency
Deliver top-tier support for clients via Messenger, email, and phone
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and professionalism
Surface common themes or patterns to inform help center content and workflows
Partner with Support, Product, and Engineering to close the loop on client issues
Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback and insights internally
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues
Develop and maintain accurate documentation in support tools (Salesforce, Intercom, Notion)
Provide timely and accurate issue resolution
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve support processes
Identify and address potential issues before they impact client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experience
Develop and implement process improvements to enhance client support
Provide training and support to new team members to ensure smooth onboarding
Participate in regular performance reviews and provide feedback to colleagues and manager
