Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) years of imaging experience
  • At least three (3) years specifically in the PET or Nuclear Medicine (NM) modality
  • ARRT or equivalent certification specific to the NM or PET modality (preferred)
  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited university (preferred)
  • Ability to travel extensively (at least 80%)
  • Residence located no more than one (1) hour from a major airport

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive clinical education to end-users
  • Coordinate and deliver on-site and virtual customer training
  • Drive revenue realization through clinical education delivery
  • Ensure consistent and timely completion of documentation requirements
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Facilitate customer hand-off to the Customer Success team
  • Provide insights into customer's clinical operations and digital workflow
  • Develop deep product, clinical, and software competence
  • Advise on software scripts and configurations
  • Coordinate software script modifications
  • Provide pre-sale product clinical evaluations and/or educational sessions
  • Maintain customer relationships through proactive communication
  • Communicate product intelligence to internal parties
  • Ensure a compliant, ethical culture
  • Collaborate with Medical Science and CMO partners as required
