Requirements

3-5 years of experience in a technical functional role and 3+ years of leading and managing programs and/or projects in a global market
Strong background in executive level interaction and demonstrable program management capabilities
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Strong understanding of supplier management
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) to all levels
Skills in working in a collaborative and matrix environment
Expert experience with MS Office and MS Project
Experience leading projects and programs within and outside the design group and with external interactions
A systematic approach to problem-solving and the ability to influence cross-functional partners
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate with executive leadership

Responsibilities

Provide program management leadership within the business product roadmaps and associated plans that align with business goals
Consistently lead and manage programs to support the Industrial Solutions business portfolios in global markets
Work with marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain personnel to deliver products on time, at cost, and meeting all quality requirements
Continually assess the strategic value of projects within the portfolio
Work with and understand program management tools (e.g., Milestone, Tollgate processes) to prioritize resources and drive schedules
Responsible for the development and maintenance of specific hand tool transition projects
Validate and assess product roadmap requirements, set expectations, and prioritize work
Multi-task effectively while working on several programs at one time
Manage the process with global application services to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Provide strong leadership, guidance, and expertise to the business to meet expectations for each managed program
Independently lead projects under remote supervision, focusing on new technology and market programs
Act as the CEO of the project, ensuring all business functions are engaged and delivering
Communicate project status and obstacles to upper management and stakeholders
Identify, monitor, and proactively respond to project risks and manage scope changes
Build and maintain effective supplier relationships and resolve issues within and between project teams
