Responsibilities

The Principal Technical Program Manager will drive technical programs to enable expansion into new global markets, partnering closely with engineering, product, business, and legal teams. This role involves owning end-to-end delivery of international launch programs, including roadmap planning, requirements gathering, execution tracking, and stakeholder communication. The individual will build and manage detailed project plans across multiple workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of regulatory, technical, and customer-facing components. Responsibilities also include facilitating alignment across cross-functional teams by driving consensus on scope, priorities, and dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks early, and communicating program updates, risks, and decisions to senior leadership. Additionally, the role supports the development of scalable and reusable frameworks to reduce the time, cost, and complexity of launching into new countries and collaborates with product and engineering teams to ensure technical solutions meet market-specific requirements and long-term goals.
