Requirements

  • BA/BS degree required; MBA degree or advanced technical degree strongly preferred
  • 3 – 5+ years of product lifecycle management (product development and/or product management) or marketing experience in the biotech/healthcare industry required
  • Strong preference for experience in Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), AI/ML, and clinician facing roles
  • Strong preference for prior experience/research history in oncology
  • Experience with creating documentation for regulated products (e.g. ISO 13485)
  • Previous launch experience strongly preferred
  • Effective leadership, management, and teamwork skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive cross-functional communicator
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing start-up environment

Responsibilities

  • Help define a multi-national genitourinary product roadmap: Define, develop and drive product commercial strategy
  • Engage with sales, medical affairs, and clinical development to identify clear product strategy
  • Collect and analyze market insights and product feedback
  • Write product requirements and other requirements documentation
  • Collaborate with regulatory and quality to ensure a clear regulatory strategy for new products
  • Lead and execute launch of product and future tests
  • Implement changes for on-market products within regulatory frameworks
  • Create sales training materials and lead sales training efforts for product launches
  • Engage with sales, marketing, customer success, operations, and medical affairs to define Go-To-Market strategy
  • Develop and confirm product positioning, value proposition, and messaging
  • Support product lifecycle planning and the forecasting process
  • Build effective cross-functional partnerships with departments including Clinical Development, AI, Operations, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Engineering
  • Provide regular updates/business reviews to the Leadership Team
