Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. Candidates must have over 7 years of program management experience, including 3 years of leadership, coaching, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams. Extensive experience in large-scale AI or technology-driven supply chain initiatives, proficiency in program management tools and methodologies, and experience in budget management and resource allocation are essential. A deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in supply chain management, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, an analytical mindset, and comfort in an agile, ambiguous environment are also necessary. Previous experience in adjacent business domains like Commercial/Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing operations, or Supply Chain management, familiarity with Danaher's business model, and proficiency in DBS tools are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The AI Supply Chain Program Manager will lead the strategic planning, execution, and portfolio management of AI initiatives across the supply chain, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and delivering business value. This role involves engaging with senior leadership to define program scope, objectives, and success metrics, and providing oversight on the technical execution of AI projects, including system architecture, software development, and IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include fostering collaboration between business units, technical teams, and external partners, managing program governance, timelines, resources, and budgets, and identifying and mitigating risks. The manager will also identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic opportunities for AI in supply chain processes and monitor and report on program performance, progress, challenges, and business value to stakeholders.
