Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 2 years of experience in HR Operations, with demonstrated experience in managing employee data, handling inquiries, and collaborating with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, and IT. A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. Exposure to HR compliance and/or HRBP programs is necessary, along with a desire to develop skills in these areas. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong ownership and accountability, possesses a service-oriented mindset, is curious and self-motivated, and is technologically proficient, particularly with HRIS systems like ADP Workforce Now or Workday. A keen eye for detail, confidence in working with data and spreadsheets, systems thinking, a continuous improvement mindset, and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Responsibilities

The HR Generalist will manage Tier 1 HR support tickets, respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and programs, and escalate complex issues. Responsibilities include maintaining internal employee resources and documentation, partnering with HRBPs on lifecycle changes and offboarding logistics, and administering severance agreements. The role involves acting as a liaison between Centers of Excellence and business-facing HR, assisting with compliance tasks such as training administration and audits, and supporting the creation and distribution of HR reports. Additionally, the Generalist will aid in Open Enrollment and other benefits activities, identify opportunities for workflow automation and process optimization, and support HR systems data maintenance and integrations.
