Requirements

Responsibilities

The People Advisor will serve as the first point of contact for general queries and business-as-usual operations for the Finance, People, Talent, and Marketing teams. Responsibilities include building relationships with managers, managing the onboarding process and induction sessions, supporting training creation and delivery, administering benefits, and processing payroll input. The role also involves handling people administration, including onboarding and offboarding, drafting letters, updating systems, conducting exit interviews, acting as a culture ambassador, and escalating employee relations issues while ensuring proper documentation of performance tracking.
