Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in banking and capital markets, institutional finance, business development, or partnerships, demonstrating a strong grasp of TradFi and DeFi markets and their technological infrastructure. Experience in a startup/fintech or fast-paced environment is required, along with proven success in converting hard work into outstanding personal and team results. Strong relationship management skills are essential for identifying, building, nurturing, and maintaining robust relationships with institutional clients and partners. Proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously are preferred. Tokenization industry expertise, including a strong understanding of the Institutional RWA landscape and/or digital asset management and potential barriers to scale, is highly desirable. Significant experience selling solutions to Custodians, Fund Administrators, and other partners within the tokenized asset mobility value chain is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Partnerships Lead will focus on acquiring partners by signing mutually exclusive deals with high-priority targets. They will be responsible for developing and executing joint go-to-market strategies and business plans to drive mutual revenue growth and brand visibility. This role involves day-to-day partner management for priority partners servicing tokenization and TradFi operations workflows, including cultivating deep relationships with key decision-makers to establish clear value alignment and mutually beneficial value propositions. The lead will also focus on embedding Chainlink technology and products into partner operational flows and technology stacks, and driving early-stage pipeline generation at scale through targeted discovery and qualification based on a deep understanding of entity needs.
