Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; Masters degree preferred
  • 10+ years in SaaS sales, business development, or enterprise account management
  • Extensive experience selling complex software solutions to mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Demonstrated success operating in high-competition metropolitan markets
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales methodologies
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate ROI-driven, consultative value propositions
  • Experience developing territory plans, account maps, and regional growth strategies
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales automation tools
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and execute market expansion initiatives independently
  • Experience selling into real estate, PropTech, or FinTech markets strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute a go-to-market strategy for a defined metropolitan region or vertical
  • Identify, pursue, and close new logo opportunities while expanding MRI’s presence within underpenetrated accounts
  • Map target accounts and develop territory coverage plans to maximize opportunity creation and win rates
  • Build deep, multi-stakeholder relationships across executive, operational, and technical buyer personas
  • Leverage MRI’s full product portfolio to deliver comprehensive SaaS solutions that address client-specific challenges
  • Represent MRI as the face of the brand within your territory — attending key industry events, associations, and conferences
  • Lead sophisticated prospecting efforts across enterprise and strategic accounts, including outreach to C-level decision-makers and influencers
  • Conduct consultative discovery meetings to uncover business needs, ROI potential, and technology gaps
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Solutions Consultants, and Partner teams to design integrated proposals
  • Manage complex deal cycles from initial contact through close, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and Product as needed
  • Deliver tailored presentations, demos, and business cases to enterprise buyers
  • Ensure accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and pipeline reporting in Salesforce
  • Partner with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Channel leaders to ensure regional alignment across new business and expansion motions
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Partner Development teams to tailor campaigns and co-selling strategies for the assigned market
  • Engage with MRI’s leadership on regional GTM strategy and contribute market intelligence to product roadmaps
  • Build relationships with local industry associations, developers, and property operators to strengthen MRI’s network and market visibility
  • Stay current on market conditions, competitive dynamics, and emerging real estate technology trends
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, providing insights into best practices and technology adoption strategies
  • Represent MRI at trade shows, panels, and client roundtables as a subject matter expert in real estate SaaS solutions
  • Contribute to internal strategy discussions by sharing insights from client interactions and territory data
